Access

build Derbyshire Key required.

Enter the fields as if heading to Knotlow. Turn up towards the small woodland. Engine shaft entrance is near the far left corner of the copse on the north side of the field. Large spanner needed for both lids, captive bolt system installed 2025. Description and survey from Crewe CPC. Do not leave the lids to any shafts open when not attended because livestock and the public will be at risk.
